Award Recipients
The Ombudsman’s Special Recognition Award was created in the fall of 2006 and replaced the Ombudsman’s Commendation for Ethics.
The Commendation for Complaint Resolution was renamed in 2006 in honour of the late Liz Hoffman, who was an investigator with the Office of the Ombudsman.
